A year has already passed, the very longest but it’s gone so fast.
How can it already be so long, since I spoke to you last.
You’re always on my mind, every single day
A tear brimming right there in my eye, sometimes many times a day.
I miss talking to you on the phone and texting you funny stuff.
I’ve gone to do it one too many times, breaking habits has been tough.
I know you’re right here with me, you’ll never be far away
I see signs of you all around me, to help me get through the day.
I love and miss you so very much, every minute of every day.
